  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 1

  Criminal damage was reported in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 60000 block of E. Eagle Ridge Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the 600 block of S. San Carlos St., San Manuel.

Feb. 2

  Theft was reported in the area of E. Hwy. 77, Oracle.

  Burglary was reported in the 39000 block of S. Horse Run Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Feb. 3

  Criminal damage was reported in the 1000 block of E. American Ave., Oracle.

Feb. 4

  David Alexander Capello, 36, SaddleBrooke, was arrested in the area of Hwy. 77 and Golder Ranch Rd. in Catalina and was charged with endangerment, threatening/intimidation, threatening/intimidation by causing a public inconvenience, aggravated assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Feb. 5

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 500 block of S. Avenue D, San Manuel.

Feb. 6

  Michael Steven Dykes, 31, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American Ave. and Hunter Cir., Oracle, and was charged with failure to appear, failure to comply with court order and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Theft was reported in the 11000 block of N. Springfield Rd., Dudleyville.

  Fire was reported in the area of E. Terrace Wind Dr. and S. Mountainview Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the area of E. Main St., San Manuel.

Feb. 7

  Joshua Evaristo Duarte, 19, San Manuel, was arrested in the 500 block of S. Avenue D, San Manuel, on warrants for failure to comply with court order (two) and non-compliance (three). He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Fire was reported in the area of N. Battle Axe Rd. and N. Hwy. 177, Kearny.

  Theft was reported in the 1000 block of W. Third Ave., San Manuel.
