The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 4

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1700 block of N. Calle Futura, Oracle.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 61000 block of E. Halter Pl., SaddleBrooke.

Sept. 5

A fire was reported in the area of W. Hwy. 77 and W. American Ave., Oracle.

A vehicle was reported stolen in the 100 block of W. Sahuaro Dr., Queen Valley.

Criminal damage was reported in the 900 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

Sept. 6

Kenneth Lee White, 55, Oracle, was arrested in the 800 block of Cody Loop, Oracle, and was charged with threatening/intimidation and aggravated assault. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Sept. 7

Burglary was reported in the 300 block of S. McNab Pkwy., San Manuel.

Theft was reported in the 400 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Sept. 8

Violation of a court order was reported in the 500 block of S. Avenue D, San Manuel.

Sept. 10

A search warrant was served in the 1300 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

Sept. 11

Pete Ruiz Jr., 57, Oracle, was arrested in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, on a warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Heather Marie Cipolla, 41, Oracle, was arrested in the 1200 block of Jefferson, Oracle, and was charged with possession of prescription drugs and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Sept. 13

Burglary was reported in the 37000 block of S. Vista Ridge Ct., SaddleBrooke.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 64000 block of E. Whispering Tree Ln., SaddleBrooke.

Criminal damage was reported in the 100 block of E. Avenue I, San Manuel.
