The annual bonfire will be Thursday evening starting at 7:30 p.m. Prior to the bonfire, the Bearcat Booster Club will be having a tri-tip dinner for $8 a plate.

The parade will start at 4 p.m. Friday Sept 26 with the usual route starting at the library, up Tilbury and across Alden. Students have been working all week on the annual float competition.

Other activities include fireworks both pre-game and at halftime and RHS graduate Erika Flores from Channel 3 News will be on hand to record the events for the news show’s Varsity Zone.

More surprises are in the works but need to be finalized.

The Bearcats will host arch-rival the Hayden Lobos with kick-off at 7 p.m. and the 2014 Homecoming Royalty will be crowned at halftime.

Royalty this year includes Queen Sidney Chenoweth and King Robbin Newman; Jr. attendants Taylor Ashby and Jeron Coleman, Soph. attendants August Patterson and Cody Arbizo and Fr. attendants Martina Aranda and Chandler Coleman.
