FLORENCE- He has more than two decades of experience in his field and starting January 2nd his expertise can take the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to the next level.

He worked with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office throughout his extensive judicial career, trying high profile cases, most recently, two officer involved shootings. Rodriguez earned his law degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

“Today is a bittersweet day for me. I’ve had a wonderful time and fulfilling career at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. My co-workers are top notch at what they do and it’s going to be hard to say good-bye. But, I’m excited for the opportunity to work to serve the citizens of Pinal County,” said David Rodriguez.

“I couldn’t be happier David Rodriguez will be joining our team. His experience, work ethic and professionalism helps everyone around him excel to their highest potential,” said Lando Voyles.

Rodriguez replaces Richard Wintory who is resigning at the end of the year.
