Superior- The Pinal County Attorney’s Office referred the case agains Superior School District Superintendent Patrick O’Donnell to the town of Superior’s prosecutor.
The Superior Police Department conducted a thorough investigation and followed proper procedures by submitting charges against O’Donnell to this office. The charges included one count of Child Abuse, a Class 4 Felony and two counts of Assault on a Minor, both Class 6 Felonies.
This case merits further review by the Superior town prosecutor and discussing the facts of this case would not be appropriate.
