A group of local musicians from Globe-Miami plan on touring the Copper Triangle from Thursday, July 16 until Sunday, July 19. “The Copper Triangle Tour is part of a bigger plan to help unite our local communities through music,” said artist Stephen Palmer. “There is an unspoken bond in our mining communities and my dream is to inspire hope in every person we meet along the way.”
The tour kicks off at the Wild Horses Saloon in downtown Miami on Thursday, July 16 at 7 p.m. Featured artists are Jarod Spencer, Aaron Zufelt, Stephen Palmer, and Low Expectations.
On Friday, July 17 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. the group will move on to Porters Café in Superior for an open mic event. That night they will play at Los Hermanos Lounge in Superior from 7 p.m. until midnight. Featured artists include: Jarod Spencer, Stephen Palmer, Howlin Booty, and Low Expectations.
From Superior the local musicians will travel to Kearny on Saturday, July 18. They will start off with a street performance in front of the Old Time Pizza from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Then from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. there will be another open mic event in the General Kearny Inn Lounge. Finally from 9 p.m. until midnight Low Expectations will perform out on the lawn.
After a full weekend of performing the musicians will end the tour on Sunday at Humphrey’s Two Lanes Saloon in Globe. Bands that include: Howlin Booty, Sinthetic, Lifeless, Koyote, Jarod Spencer, Stephen Palmer, and Low Expectations will play from 3 p.m. until midnight.
