School is back in session and the teachers need our help in providing supplies for the students. So Family First is making it easy to collect the items needed for the schools.

A group of special children will be honored on their birthdays by Family First and volunteers. Bea Bejarano Foster Care Specialist will deliver them.

For the whole month of August you can bring your donations to 1575 W. American Ave. and receive a tax write off for your donations. We can take checks and buy the school supplies for you or use your credit or debit card, to make it convenient for your donation.

All the supplies will be divided between Oracle and San Manuel schools. We have a great start of 30 plus backpacks and a bin of pencils, paper, glue and crayons. No donation is too small for our children in our communities. You can call our office at 520-896-9545, if you have questions about a donation.

Save the DATE Thursday, Sept. 15, from 3-5 p.m. Open House at Family First. Free hotdogs and drink to celebrate kids back to school.

Four of Family First teens enrolled in the Ten For Teens program were awarded with filled backpacks to start the school year off. Pictured are Julia Tellez, Gianna Everette, Holly Crumley, and Makaila Clark. Great group of teens!
