Ewing heads up JCAB diaper drive

The Pinal County Juvenile Court Community Advisory Board (JCAB) is a group of volunteers who work with the courts to help evaluate and enhance services to young people. One way JCAB does this is to help sponsor and coordinate special projects and programs to support our youth and families.

Currently, the Pinal County Juvenile Court Community Advisory Board is hosting a Diaper Drive during the months of November and December. The purpose of the drive is to help collect necessary items for babies in foster care.  Pinal County currently has 169 children under the age of one year in foster care.

The JCAB has rallied to help by providing “Baby Bags” that will be filled with diapers, blankets, toilet necessities and stuffed animals.  Bags will be distributed through the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program. Because the JCAB is under the Arizona Public Safety Foundation, your contribution is tax deductible.

Diapers may be provided to the JCAB by dropping them off at any of the Superior Schools Offices, at the Saint Francis of Assisi Church Office on Main and Church, to Yolanda Ewing at 208 N. Neary Avenue, to Juvenile Court Services during regular business hours at their Florence office (971 N. Jason Lopez Circle, Bld D #500) or Casa Grande Office (820 E. Cottonwood Lane, Bld F-2). For more information, contact Yolanda Ewing at ybewing@gmail.com.
