Support Local: Oracle Land and Homes

In April 2020, COVID-19 brought much of Arizona’s economy to a screeching halt. All businesses not deemed “essential” were ordered closed by Arizona’s governor Doug Ducey.

The lockdown continued for nearly two months. When Gov. Ducey finally gave the go ahead to reopen, businesses slowly began the road to recovery. Even those listed as “essential” had a challenge with this economic recovery.

Many small businesses and non-profits in Arizona didn’t survive the lockdown. The businesses that did survive are hanging on as best they can. Copper Area News wanted to give something back to the local business community as a thank you for supporting us through these troubled times. Our newspapers (Copper Basin News, Superior Sun and San Manuel Miner) have been featuring local businesses and non-profits since the beginning of 2021, encouraging our readers to Shop at Home, stay local and support our local businesses. To date, Copper Area News has featured 123 businesses and groups in the Copper Corridor.

Nothing can be more essential than having a place to live. It’s an undeniable fact: people need homes in which to live. Oracle Land and Homes helps people find homes.

Oracle Land and Homes has been open for 35 years. They are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The owner is Helen Vinson, who opened the office 1986 after moving to Oracle.

Vinson graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Education. She obtained her real estate license to begin her career that has transitioned into owner/broker of OLH.

Oracle Land and Homes is a full-service Real Estate office that represents both buyers and sellers as well as managing property. Vinson takes pride in having firsthand knowledge of real estate in Oracle, SaddleBrooke Ranch and the San Pedro River Valley. She is also proud of her staff and the agents who work for her as they can provide all necessary information needed in making real estate decisions.

“Our agents can help you with the complexities of every aspect of the real estate transaction, whether you are buying or selling a home, listing vacant land, helping buyers with the purchase of raw land and educating them on the steps in developing it, whether it is for new construction or having a manufactured home installed,” Vinson said.

OLH lists and sells homes in the Tucson and Oro Valley areas and has a full time property manager who can help manage properties and find the perfect tenants.
Oracle Land and Homes’ office is located at 1812 West American Avenue. You can reach them at (520) 896-9099. You can find a complete list of properties at www.olhoracle.com, which includes vacant lots all the way up to ranches and businesses.
“When you work with Oracle Land and Homes agents, you can be sure you get professional, knowledgeable, experienced agents that will do their best to give you great representation and negotiate on your behalf,” said Vinson.
