Supervisor Pete Rios delivered a check for $15,000 to the Oracle Women’s Network (OWN) on behalf of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors.
“While the pandemic presents challenges, OWN Oracle has continued to collaborate with other nonprofits in the community and worked to support our businesses. We have installed a new outdoor bulletin board at the visitor center which has been closed, we have advertised in SaddleBrooke Ranch publications and recently participated in the Community Center’s drive through Christmas giving event. Thank you Pinal County for your continued support,” said Alicia Bristow, OWN’s President.
OWN serves the community by promoting economic development and the social wellbeing of Oracle and the surrounding areas. The organization was founded in 2007 and works in partnership with the Oracle Visitor Center.
“I am proud to support our community organizations that provide partnerships in unincorporated Pinal County. OWN’s dedication to Oracle is valued and beneficial,” stated Supervisor Pete Rios.
