Year of the COVID, Imagine Oracle Run T-shirt sale fundraiser

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 39th Annual Oracle Run was not held this year. This was the Oracle Historical Society’s (OHS) big fundraiser for the year. With the 2020 Run being cancelled, the OHS Board of Directors decided to approve the creation of an Imagine Run 2020 T-Shirt to be sold to raise funds.

Using a popular design for the 1998 Oracle Run t-shirt created by graphic design artist Jane Redmann of Oracle, the shirt is now ready for sale. The t-shirt design was inspired by Dia de los Muertos and features a male skeleton and dog “calaca” running through the mountains of Oracle. Jane added some pandemic appropriate art for the 2020 Imagine Oracle Run shirt.

The shirts will be on sale now through Nov. 21. Just in time for that unique Christmas gift. You may order the 100% cotton t-shirts by mail. Prices for the shirts available in unisex sizes S M L XL and women’s S M L XL are $28 short sleeve and $42 long sleeve. Shipping and handling are included and all orders are by mail as the museum is closed due to the pandemic. Visit www.oraclehistoricalsociety.org for more information and an order form.
