Oracle Union Church

Oracle – You may have seen a flyer around town, starting with, “YOU ARE INVITED to the life of Oracle Union Church” ,and, if so, you may be wondering what that means.

The Oracle Union Church, located at 705 American Ave. in Oracle, has a mission to support the Food Bank, various outreach centers and those children In Oracle who are in need. In addition, they provide grief work and a medical supply closet.
Said one representative of the church, “In Jesus’ name we hope to do more.”
The Oracle Union Church, aside from good works to the community at large, have special times and commitments for attendees.

On Sunday, worship is held from 10:30 a.m. through 11:45 a.m. with service that is described as traditional in nature, but, alive with God’s presence. Before worship on Sundays, starting at 9 a.m., there are Bible Studies, which are also held on Wednesday mornings at 11 a.m. Starting October 2, a new study on the Old Testament begins and a church school program for children will also begin in October. After services on Sundays, fellowship is shared.
The women meet in a fellowship-mission group every first Monday of the month. The men will be having a Fellowship Breakfast on the second Saturday at 8 a.m.
So, as you can see, the Oracle Union Church is something more than a place where people visit on one day of the week, give a tithe and move on to their “real life” outside of worshipping God. It is a place that welcomes people who want to really make worship and fellowship a bigger part of their life, including helping others.
