What a wonderful way to celebrate the new owner of the Kearny Napa Auto Parts Store, Rip Vache held a successful Poker Run and Car Show. There were local vendors with merchandise for sale, they gave away prizes and the townspeople were warm, welcoming and excited about this new owner of NAPA.

The Poker Run started in Apache Junction and ended in Kearny. Well over 50 cars came rumbling into Kearny, many were polished, looking show room new, others were in progress of becoming like new. It was pleasurable to see so many people passionate about their vehicles and to see the dreams coming to life. There were vibrant colors, amazing paint jobs, chrome and special effects. The time and tireless effort the owners of the vehicles put into their work are truly amazing.

Town Manager Anna Flores said, “Thank you Rip Vache for putting on such a great show and welcome to our community. We are looking forward to more events like this one.” The Copper Basin Chamber is also thankful of Rip Vache and the NAPA crew for holding this event and are excited for the future. There is already talk of another car show set for this fall during the Kearny Octoberfest. Everyone is looking forward to the upcoming events!
