Bridge inspection work scheduled on SR 177 and US 70

The Arizona Department of Transportation will be conducting two required bridge inspections starting next week. The first inspection will start on Thursday, Sept. 11 on US 70 (milepost 271) and is located between Globe and San Carlos. The second will start on Friday, Sept. 12 on SR 177 (milepost 152) between Superior and Winkelman. Both inspections will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are anticipated to only last that day. Flaggers will be used to alternate traffic across each bridge and drivers should anticipate delays of up to 20 minutes.
