Tucson Chamber Artists Combine Sublime Voices in Sacred Places for Final Concerts of the Tenth Season

Tucson- For the final concerts of their triumphant tenth season the Tucson Chamber Artists will treat audiences to an cappella selection of Cathedral Classics.  TCA will open their final concert series in Green Valley Friday, March 28 at 7 PM at St. Francis in the Valley Episcopal Church; moving Saturday to St. Augustine Cathedral in Tucson for a 7:30 PM concert and ending the season Sunday afternoon, March 30 at Grace St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 3:00 PM.
Featured works include Gregorio Allegri’s Miserere written in the early 17th century, the 1964 Ave Maria by Franz Biebl, Requiem by Herbert Howells, as well as pieces by Anton Bruckner, John Rutter and choral composing sensation Eric Whitacre.
Tickets for TCA concerts are available through the website www.tucsonchamberartists.orgor by calling 520-401-2651. All tickets for the Green Valley performance are $30 each, pricing for the Tucson concerts is $40 for premium seating and $25 for general seating.
The Tucson Chamber Artists are completing their Tenth Season as Tucson’s only professional chamber choir and orchestra.  Since their inaugural concert TCA has received glowing reviews and their audience has grown in size and appreciation.  Featured for the past two years among the Tucson Desert Song Festival’s key artists TCA is a gem among Tucson performing arts groups.
