Justin Kyle Goodwin, 34, of Kearny, passed away suddenly in the early morning hours on June 25, 2017.  Justin was born Oct. 19, 1982 in Florence, Arizona.

He grew up in the Kearny area and attended school through completion of high school.  He then moved to the Mesa area and went to work as an Equipment Operator. Soon after that he started his family.  They eventually moved back to their home town of Kearny.

He went to work for Asarco and completed an apprenticeship for Diesel Electric Mechanic and has been doing that job for several years now.

He was loved by so many and had a magnetic personality.  Justin was a great father and husband.  He spent countless hours enjoying all the pleasures of life with his family.  He loved the outdoors and had a passion for music.  He had many guitars and was a very good musician.  Most of all he loved his family and friends and was always there to give a helping hand.  He will be greatly missed.

Justin was recently preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Palmer, and nephew, Caolan McCroskey.  He is survived by his loving family: wife, Kara; sons, Tyler and Lance; mother and father, Sheri and Larry; sister, Jodie (Joe); nieces, Callee, Cenlie, and Cree; grandfather, Melvin; uncles, Buster, David, and Button; aunts, Norma and Carol; and many cousins and extended family.
