Hayden Police Report – May 4, 2016

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

  On Apr. 16, Michael Alba, 22, was arrested at 4th and Randall in Winkelman and charged with possession of prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of precursor chemicals, resisting arrest, and misconduct involving a weapon.

Apr. 19

  A civil standby was requested on the 500 block of 3rd St., San Pedro.

Apr. 20

  A fight was reported on 9th St. and San Pedro.

Apr. 21

  Threatening by phone was reported on the 600 block of San Pedro.

  An unwanted subject was reported on the 600 block of N. San Pedro.

  Agency assist on Velasco Ave.

Theft/Burglary was reported at Winkelman Flats.

  Suspicious subjects were reported at Winkelman Flats.

  A traffic stop was conducted at Giffin and Hwy. 177.

  A noise disturbance was reported on Third St.

Apr. 22

  Violation of a court order was reported.

  A 911 hang-up was reported.

Apr. 23

  Agency assist at Giant in Winkelman.

  A traffic stop was conducted at Hwy. 177 and Old Crusher Rd.

  A juvenile problem was reported on the 500 block of Garfield.

Apr. 24

  An alarm drop was reported at Giant in Winkelman.

  An abandoned vehicle was reported on Kennecott Rd.

Apr. 25

  Fire call on the 500 block of Velasco.

  A noise disturbance was reported on the 500 block of Cottonwood.

  Criminal damage was reported on the 600 block of San Pedro.

  A noise disturbance was reported at Hayden Cemetery.

Apr. 26

  Fire call on the 600 block of N. Utah.

  A runaway juvenile was reported on the 200 block of Lower Rd., San Pedro.
