CVRMC Welcomes New OB/GYN

CVRMC would like to welcome Dr. Anthony Daniels, OB/GYN, to the area. Dr. Daniels is certified through the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has over 16 years experience in the advanced medical field of Obstetrics and Gynecology with special interests in high-risk obstetrics, stress urinary incontinence and pelvic reconstruction. Also, routine obstetrics, laparoscopic, vaginal surgical services, and pelvic prolapse disorders are among the services he offers.

“Being part of bringing a new life into the world and experiencing when a baby takes its first breath is always amazing,” states Dr. Daniels of his profession. “The surgical aspect of my profession is very rewarding, also. When I am able to use my surgical skills to help a woman back to health is a very fulfilling part of my work.”

Dr. Daniels earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mississippi State University. He attended Medical School at the University of Mississippi where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He continued his education in Jackson, Mississippi at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he completed his Rotating Internship and Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency.

Dr. Daniels’ hospital appointments have included the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida. He has active licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Arizona. He is also a member of the Wynn Wise Society, the Mississippi State Medical Association, and the Arkansas Medical Association.

Dr. Daniels is a resident of the Globe-Miami area and wants to be readily accessible to his patients. He enjoys golfing, cooking and eating homemade Italian food. Welcome, Dr. Daniels.
