Early this spring, about 20 people from Oracle and Tucson showed up at the Triangle L Ranch to work as extras in the making of scenes for an indie-rock video. The video is for the song “You’re Gonna Die” by the Tucson band Sun Bones. The segments of the video were scenes showing survivors in an apocalyptic world where a doomsayer leader is singing to them that they are going to die. There was also a survivor dance scene. The video is being produced by Rusty Boulet-Stephenson and Directed by Charles Alfred Brown.

The band Sun Bones has been around since 2013 playing the downtown club scene in Tucson, Phoenix and other parts of the country where they have created a sizable fan base. Sun Bones is made up of Sam Golden: vocals, guitar; Seth Vietti: drums, vocals; Bob Hanshaw: bass, vocals and Laura Kepner-Abney: guitar, vocals. The video will be used for national publicity for an album release and tour in mid May. They will be traveling around the United States for two months. You can learn more about them and listen to some of their music at www.sunbones.com or keep up with them on Facebook.

The Triangle L Ranch is a unique and photogenic setting for film makers. If interested in using the Triangle L Ranch for a film, video or commercial contact them at 520-623-6732 or info@trianglelranch.com.
