Ada Denese ‘Dee’ Wolf

  Ada Denese “Dee” Wolf, age 84, passed away, May 23, 2017, at home in Mount Vernon, WA.

  She was born in Sturgis, South Dakota to Velma (Egly) and Dennis York and raised in Mitchell, Nebraska.

  Robert “Bob” Wolf and Dee married in 1953 spending their married years and raising their family in San Manuel, Arizona.

  Dee worked for Valley National Bank, was an active member of St Bartholomew’s Catholic Church, enjoyed being Grandma, crocheting, card playing, windsock making, birdwatching, and travel.

  She is survived by her son, Bruce Wolf, and daughter, Dee Ann (Wolf) Sprague; grandchildren, Karen Henley, Stephanie Wolf, AJ Henley, Kenny Wolf, and Jamee Wolf; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Branham, Aubree Flanigan, and Hunter Branham, as well as her sister, Loreen Fulk.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, and sister, Kathryn Gall.

  A memorial service will be held at St Bartholomew’s Catholic Church in San Manuel, Friday, June 2, at 10 a.m. with a get together in the church hall, followed by interment at Evergreen Mortuary in Tucson, AZ.

  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dee’s name to Hospice of the Northwest Foundation.
