In football, the Mountain Vista Cougars hosted the second place Superior Panthers. Superior came into the game with a 4 and 1 won loss record and are going to the conference playoffs. Mountain Vista had only won one game and were playing their last game of the season. The Cougars played with a lot of heart and determination to defeat Superior 33 -14. It was Parent’s Day for the 8th graders which made the victory a special one.
