  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

May 2

  Agency assist with a report of gun shots being heard on E. Dix.

  Criminal damage was reported on the 300 block of Hartford involving eggs being thrown at the front door of a residence.

  Suspicious person was reported on the 1000 block of Tilbury involving a possible vehicle break-in.

May 3

  Citizen assist with a report of a cactus in the middle of the road  on Hwy. 177.

  Citizen assist with a fingerprinting request.

  Dog at large was reported on the 100 block of Jamestown.

  Citizen assist with information regarding a court order.

  Agency assist with a report of suspicious activity at 4th and Randal in Winkelman.

May 4

  Burglary was reported on the 400 block of Hartford.

  A welfare check was requested on the 200 block of Ivanhoe.

  Identity theft was reported on the 400 block of Essex.

May 5

  Criminal damage was reported on the 200 block of Hartford involving a broken window.

  An animal complaint was received involving a stray dog on the 300 block of Croydon.

  A possible fight was reported on the 200 block of Jamestown Circle.

May 6

  An animal complaint was received involving loose cattle in the roadway of Hwy. 177.

  A noise complaint was received involving dogs barking for two days.

  A speeding vehicle was reported on Hwy. 177.

  A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 500 block of Victoria Cr.

May 7

  A verbal warning was issued for an equipment violation.

  An incorrigible juvenile was reported on the 400 block of Essex.

  An unattended child report was received involving children  in the middle of Tilbury Rd.

  Agency assist with a family disturbance in Riverside.

  Michelle Johnson, 21, was arrested on a warrant. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center in Florence.

May 8

  A noise disturbance was received involving loud music on the 300 block of Essex.

  Citizen assist with a request for information.

  Disorderly conduct was reported involving juveniles riding a quad and making dust at Pioneer Park.

  During the period of May 2 to May 8 there were eight ambulance runs and one open door report.
