  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

April 11

  Burglary was reported the 100 block of W. Sixth Ave., San Manuel.

  Assault was reported in the 100 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel.

April 12

  Rita Kay Claveran, 76, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American Ave. and Mt. Lemmon Hwy., Oracle, and was charged with threatening/intimidation, disorderly conduct and violation of a promise to appear. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Justin Ln., SaddleBrooke.

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 200 block of E. Fifth St., San Manuel.

April 14

  Ronald Austin Mason, 53, Duncan, was arrested in the 100 block of Catalina St., Mammoth, and was charged with two counts of forgery. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

April 15

  Crystal Ann Rivera, 34, Oracle, was arrested in the area of Calle Futura and American Ave., Oracle, on a non-compliance warrant. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Theft was reported in the area of S. Eagle Crest Ranch Blvd. and E. Eagle Heights Dr., SaddleBrooke.

April 16

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 900 block of N. Robles Rd., Oracle.

  Fire was reported in the 60000 block of E. Silky Mane Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of San Manuel Junction, San Manuel.

April 17

  Nanette Susan Geringer, 65, San Manuel, was arrested at the Salt & Pepper, San Manuel, and was charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Theft was reported in the 65000 block of E. Rose Crest Ct., SaddleBrooke.
