San Manuel Community Schools was the beneficiary of a donation from the Trail Riders of Southern Arizona (TRSAZ). George Wysopals and Tod Davis presented Lisa Armenta, director of Community Schools with a check for $1,000. The Trail Riders have been holding the AMRA Copper Classic motorcycle race for close to 10 years in San Manuel. “We have a good relationship going with San Manuel and this is a good staging area for the race,” said Tod.

The Trail Riders of Southern Arizona LLC club is part of the Arizona Motorcycle Riders Association (AMRA). They promote and participate in AMRA racing series events. They have close to 60 members made up of off road racing enthusiasts. They are community involved and raise money through motorcycle events that benefit non-profit organizations in southern Arizona. Besides helping San Manuel Community Schools each year, they participated in a clean up along Webb Road. The Trail Riders of Southern Arizona LLC is open to all motorcycle riders regardless of skill level. For more information visit their website www.TRSAZ.org or contact them at newmembers@trsaz.org.
