Cooper Cook’s Baseball Team

About a month ago, the San Manuel Miner published a letter to the editor from a young baseball player in the Phoenix area. His baseball team chose Oracle as its name and unofficial mascot. We asked Cooper and his dad, Jim Cook, to send us a team photo and let us know how well they do.  The Oracle Diamondbacks went 8-3 in the regular season and finished in third place. They started playoffs last weekend and won their first playoff game against Holbrook. The quarter finals matchup is Wednesday night against Duncan. Go Oracle!!!
