Danny Valenzuela

  Danny Valenzuela entered eternal rest on Dec. 13, 2020. He was born on Oct. 24, 1960 in Globe, Arizona, to Tony Valenzuela and Rosie Navarro. 

  Danny attended Globe Schools and graduated from Globe High School in 1980. While in high school Danny excelled in Cross Country and Track.

  Danny married his High School sweetheart Adela Alvarado on March 23,1985. Danny worked with the Globe Hotshots from 1980-1985. As a Hotshot, he travelled all over the United States fighting wildfires. Danny also worked for Magma, Asarco, and Carlota Mines and for the Town of Superior. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed being outside, especially in the forest and vacationing in the White Mountains. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend. 

   He was preceded in death by his dad, Tony Valenzuela. He is survived by his wife, Adela Valenzuela; his son, Daniel B. Valenzuela; his daughter, Jessica Cruz (Shayna); his six grandchildren, Nevaeh, Abigail, Micaela, Raymond, Jasper and Navena; his mother, Rosie Valenzuela; his brother, Tony Valenzuela; and his sisters, Mary Lou Valenzuela,  Lydia Steinke (Frank) and Patricia Valenzuela; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and his faithful companion dogs Graham and Khloe.

   Danny was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Services will be held at a later date.
