, 56, affectionately known to her family and friends as “Beaver,” passed away Nov. 7, 20015 in Phoenix, AZ. Born July 11, 1959 to Freddie and Frances Lewis in Phoenix, AZ. and raised in Superior, AZ, she grew up enjoying the Brownies, Girl Scouts, horseback riding and all of her friends and family.
In her later years living in Salt River, AZ, she opened up a restaurant. She truly had a passion for cooking and baking. She was always very supportive of her family. Always smiling and welcoming those close to her.
She is survived by her three sons, Antonio, Angel and Johnny; her grandchildren, Lily, Isabella and little Johnny; her father, Freddie; sister, Judy; and brother, Fred Jr.; along with numerous all beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Her family love her and will always carry her memory in their hearts.
Services were held on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015 at St. Frances of Assisi Catholic Church in Superior, AZ.
