Superior Head Start celebrates national birthday

Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb reads to the children at Superior Head Start.

  The Superior Head Start last week celebrated the agency’s 52nd birthday by inviting some special guests to visit and read to students.

  Preschoolers were excited to welcome: Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, Superior School Superintendent Steve Estatico, Superior Police Chief David Nuess and Superior Police Officer Tony Doran, Superior Firefighters Bonnie Marshal, Rob Conby and Adrian Dominguez, Resolution Copper Employees Ericka Real, Jessica Gerola, Samuel Giraud, Janeane Mancha and Jessica Castillo, Librarian Tony Solis and Head Start parents.

  The event was sponsored by National Head Start Association. #CommunitiesRead
