Superior Sun

Marilee Lasch, local artist and owner of Daystar Studios will be hosting a six week class on how to bring out your creative side. She will be teaching the curriculum called “The Artist Way”. The classes will be $5 per class. Participants can pick from classes on Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. or Saturday morning classes from 10 a.m. to noon. Thursday classes will run on May 8, 15, 22, 29 and June 5 and 12. Saturday classes will be held on May 10, 17, 24 and June 7, 14, 21. The classes will be taught at Daystar Studios located at 200 N. Magma Ave. in Superior.

The classes are not designed to teach a specific art technique but will help those wishing to develop their creative muse, an opportunity to do so through this proven curriculum. There is not an age for the participants however those under 18 should be mature enough to manage the homework associated with the course. “The Artist Way” books will be available for sale during the classes for an additional fee.
