It’s time to dig out those Christmas lights and dust off those ornaments.
It’s time to start thinking about your parade entry for the annual Miracle on Main St. Holiday Light Parade and Festival.
The Superior Optimist Club will be hosting the annual event, now in its 13th year, on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016. Festivities will begin at 3 p.m. The club is accepting parade applications. This year the theme is “It’s a Sweet, Sweet Christmas Superior.” You can sign up for the parade online: http://conta.cc/2emdUuC

Mila Besich is a resident of Superior with two children. She volunteers for many local organizations. She is an experienced fundraiser and event planner for Copper Corridor Economic Development Coalition. She covers some of the area town councils and schools.
