The Superior Optimist Club is inviting any local business, community group or family to participate in the upcoming Miracle on Main St. Christmas event on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014.

The event will begin downtown with entertainment and amusements at 4 p.m. The parade will line up at the Kennedy School at 5 p.m. There is no entry for the parade or to have a fundraising booth. Fundraising booths are limited to one type of booth so there are not duplicate booths and are reserved for local non-profits. For profit businesses will be required to pay a minimal fee of $20 if they were not already a sponsor of the event.

The club will begin decorating the gazebo on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 and Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014. The club is looking for volunteers to help install lights and the decorations.

For more information on the event please contact JoAnn Besich at 520-827-0592 or Mila Besich-Lira at 520-827-0676.
