Joe Bustamante Morales

  Joe Bustamante Morales born on Nov. 15, 1936, also known to relatives as Tio Pepe, as friends Little Man and Mr. Miyagi, left this physical world to be with our Lord God Almighty on the morning March 4, 2017 at 9:31 a.m. in the comfort of his home and surrounded by family in Tucson, Az.

  He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Maria Victoria Apodaca Morales; their children, Angela Morales Mendoza (son Luis Mendoza and daughters Julissa and Cassandra), Josephine Morales Weis (husband Steven Weis and (her children Jahnae Morales Badilla and children Melanie, Amaya-Rose, Ralph Jr, and Elena) and son (Steven-Andre Morales Badilla), Sylvia Morales Hoover (husband Greg Hoover and children Jacob Cota, Abram and Isaac Hoover), Fred Gregory Morales sons (Vincent and Andres Morales); his children, daughter (Jenny Morales) her son (Johnny Miramontes and wife Belinda children Jena and Maximus Miramontes), Son (Gilbert Miramontes his son Malakie Miramontes), Son (Ernest Morales) (R.I.P.) his daughters (Mindy and husband Chris Franich and children Cody and Evan). Daughter (Stephanie and husband Chris Baca and child Chris Baca).Son (Ruben Morales), Son (Ralph Martinez) his (son Steven and a son Alex), son (Isaac and his sons Xavier and Salamon), son (Vincente),  and daughter (Carolina and her children Emmery and Jada).

  Joe retired from Magma Copper Mines in San Manuel, AZ after 26 years of dedication. He loved creating with cement and construction. He enjoyed Karate, guitar, singing and Hispanic music, wood working, he loved making people laugh and made friends easily.

  He loved his father, mother, in-laws, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters and would do anything for them.  He was a very kind and giving person.

  He was the youngest of 5 brothers and 4 sisters and is survived by his sister Ofelia Torres.  Total of 9 children in the Morales family. 

  Services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Desert View Church of God. Celebration of Life at 10 a.m.  Family requests donations be made in lieu of flowers to: http://dvcog.org/
