  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Oct. 17

  Theft was reported in the 4100 block of S. Hwy. 77, Dudleyville.

  Burglary was reported in the 1600 block of E. Our Way, Oracle.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Silver King Rd., Queen Valley.

  Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Lago del Oro Pkwy., SaddleBrooke.

Oct. 18

  Benny Juarez Enriquez, 62, San Manuel, was arrested in the 100 block of S. McNab Pkwy., San Manuel, on a warrant for compliance with sentence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  Cameron CJ Huerta Curry, 24, San Manuel, was arrested in the 200 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  A fire was reported in the 4500 block of N. Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville.

  Burglary was reported in the 800 block of N. Mountain View Dr., Oracle.

Oct. 19

  An accident was reported in the area of N. Silver King Ct. and Queen Creek Wash, Queen Valley.

Oct. 20

  Mary Alice Tamayo, 49, San Manuel, was arrested in the 1000 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel, and was charged with assault. She was cited and released.

  A narcotics violation was reported in the 700 block of S. McNab Pkwy., San Manuel.

Oct. 21

  Linda S. Day, 34, Queen Valley, was arrested in the 300 block of N. Jacque St., Queen Valley, on warrants for theft, failure to appear and non compliance. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail. 

  Criminal damage was reported in the 60000 block of E. Rock Ledge Lp., SaddleBrooke.

  Burglary was reported in the 600 block of S. Encina St., San Manuel.

  Fire was reported in the area of W. First Ave. and N. Giffin Ave., San Manuel.

  Theft was reported in the 200 block of W. Main St., San Manuel.

Oct. 22

  An accident with injuries was reported in the area of N. Hwy. 177 and E. Steamboat Canyon Rd., Kearny.

  Criminal damage was reported in the 2000 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the 900 block of N. Sycamore Dr., Oracle.

Oct. 23

  Cody Lane Tyrell Richards, 20, Oracle, was arrested in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Paul Roy Rodriguez, 34, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of S. Avenue B and E. Webb Dr., San Manuel, on warrants for compliance with sentence (2) and non compliance (2). He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Burglary was reported in the 4300 block of N. Alice Dr., Oracle.
