Pastor’s  Corner: God Makes Life More Enjoyable

In the small New Testament book of 3rd John, we read in verse 2:  “I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul prospers and gets along well.”

Simply put, a good life is related to your spiritual health.  The condition of the physical side of life is determined by your faith and trust in God.

Life is to be enjoyed, and this becomes easier when we have God on our side.  We must realize that it is God’s desire that our life not be complicated and that we can walk in His truth.

The soul is the direct connection to the heart of God.  It is our life line to heaven and all the good things the Lord desires for us.  God smiles when we enjoy His blessings and favor.  And, when we are humble, He pours out His grace upon us.
