Hayden Police Report – June 29, 2016

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

June 15

  Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of Fourth St. in Winkelman.

  A noise disturbance was reported on Cottonwood Lane.

  Fire call at ASARCO back gate.

June 16

  A noise disturbance was reported on the 200 block of Mountain View.

  Theft of a vehicle was reported at the Hayden High School bus barn.

  A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Hwy. 177 and Mountain View.

June 17

  A civil stand by was conducted on the 700 block of Hayden Ave.

  Shoplifting was reported at the Giant Convenience Store.

  Agency assist on the 300 block of Essex in Kearny.

  Agency assist on the 200 block of Third St. in Winkelman.

June 18

  A noise disturbance was reported in the area of Velasco and Third St.

  A suspicious vehicle was reported in the Winkelman Flats area.

  A warning was issued in the Winkelman Flats area.

  A verbal warning was issued on the 200 block of 1st St. in Winkelman.

  Agency assist at the Winkelman Shores.

  A family dispute was reported on the 500 block  of 5th St.

  A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Hwy. 177 and Copper Basin Railroad.

  Fireworks were reported on Utah Ave.

  Citizen assist in the area of Giffin and 1st St. in Winkelman.

June 19

  Possible shots fired was reported in the Winkelman  Flats area.

  Citizen assist on Hwy. 177.

  Motorist assist in the Winkelman Flats area.

June 20

  A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Hwy. 177 and Maria’s.

  A animal complaint was received on the 100 block of Fourth St.

  Agency assist on the 200 block of Hillcrest.

  Agency assist at the Hayden Police Department.

June 21

  An unwanted subject was reported on the 500 block of Garfield Ave.

  There were also one information report during the  dates listed above.
