Lobos post big win over Frogs in season opener

  On Friday, August 20, the Hayden Lobos kicked off their football season with a big 32-12 win at home against Salome. 

  “We played okay. We have lots of room for improvement. We need to keep working hard,” commented coach John Estrada. “We’ll get put to the test on Friday, playing against the defending state champs. Mogollon has some seasoned players. We’ll have to play at our best.”

  The Lobos will travel to face off against the Mogollon Mustangs on Friday, Aug. 27.

Hayden Cheerleaders cheered the Lobos on to victory during their season opener against Salome. They are Jasmine De Los Reyes (l to r front row), Stacy Dodson, Yliana Montijo (l to r back row) Raquel Westrope, Mia Anaya, Makena Arbizo and Marisol Zamorano.
