Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens offers free objective information and assistance during Medicare’s Annual Open Enrollment

  Medicare’s Annual Open Enrollment is just around the corner – beginning Oct. 15 – Dec. 7 and is the time of year when you can make changes to your Medicare coverage.  Beneficiaries are encouraged to review their health and prescription drug coverage, including changes in costs, coverage and benefits that will take effect on Jan. 1, 2019. 

  The Pinal-Gila Council for Citizens (PGCSC) is part of the Arizona State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).  SHIP Counselors are not insurance agents, they do not sell or recommend or endorse any particular insurance product or company.  The SHIP provides FREE objective information and assistance. For plan comparisons, please bring list of prescriptions and Medicare ID card.  “Extra Help” program screening and application assistance also provided. 

  Informational events will be held:

October 16th from 10:00-3:00 at Hayden Senior Center, 520 N. Velasco Ave. Hayden

October 17th from 10:00-3:00-at San Manuel Sunlife, 23 McNab Parkway, San Manuel

October 30th from 9:00-1:30 Globe Active Adult Center 579 S. Broad St. Globe

November 6th from 10:00-3:00 at Hayden Senior Center, 520 Velasco Ave. Hayden

November 7th from 9:00-2:00 at Superior Senior Center, 360 Main St. Superior

November 13th from 9:00-1:30 Globe Active Adult Center 579 S. Broad St. Globe
