ULI Arizona is working with the Town of Superior on an Arizona Technical Assistance Panel (AzTAP) taking place in the Town this week. The AzTAP consists of eight locally and nationally experienced real estate, municipal finance, and development experts who will focus on strategies to leverage Superior’s assets to build a healthier community through economic development and redevelopment, community design and connectivity to surrounding environment, housing and infrastructure opportunities, tourism and hospitality attractions and other strategies. Community members and businesses are welcome to attend the Technical Assistance Panel Program.

The ULI AzTAP Program was initiated by the ULI Arizona District Council to afford high-level land use and real estate professionals opportunities to help Arizona communities with local development challenges and planning issues. AzTAP offers guidance to Arizona municipalities, counties, regions, and non-profits on a variety of unique land use planning, development, and redevelopment issues and opportunities.
ULI Arizona’s goal is to make some of the best and brightest talent and thought-leaders in the industry available to local governments. The interaction between panel experts, local communities, residents and other stakeholders builds opportunities for strong public and private sector collaboration to build thriving Arizona communities.
