Sun life welcomes new nurse practiotioner to San Manuel

SAN MANUEL, Ariz. – Sun Life Family Health Center welcomes Seth Tate, DNP, FNP-C to the organization’s provider team, at their San Manuel Office located at 23 McNab Parkway.

Mr. Tate earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2006 from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2011, he received his Doctorate of Nursing Practice – Family Practice from the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Tate is a board certified Nurse Practitioner, and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, as well as the American Nurses Association. He joined Sun Life Family Health Center in 2012 and welcomes patients of all ages.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Tate recently moved to Arizona in 2012. Mr. Tate enjoys hiking, biking, playing with his children and his dog. He also enjoys fixing anything around the house or working on the car.

Sun Life Family Health Center is Pinal County’s largest primary care provider, with Family Practice offices in Casa Grande, Eloy, Coolidge, Maricopa, Oracle and San Manuel.
