Mammoth Police

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

  Activity listed Oct. 11-17.

Oct. 11

  Edward Godoy, 32, was arrested in the 600 block of Trailer Ave. and was charged with disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Oct. 14

  A hit and run accident was reported in the 600 block of Hetzel.

Oct. 15

  Theft was reported in the 400 block of N. Hwy. 77.

  Calls not listed include: traffic stop (3), medical (2), fingerprints (1), animal complaint (4), suspicious activity (1), agency assist (2), citizen assist (4), alarm drop (1), harassment (1), 911 hang-up (1), fire (1), information (1) and vacation house check (3).
