Caboose Visitors Center seeking volunteers

The Town of Superior, in conjunction with the Superior Chamber of Commerce, is very proud of their Caboose Visitors Center, located on Highway 60. It’s unique looks, combined with a family park, drew over 1,169 visitors in just the past three winter months Volunteers put in 343 hours during the same time period, to ensure that travelers were informed of Arizona’s wonderful sights and Superior’s charming shops and restaurants.

We also have the adjacent History Trail of mining equipment, and, the locally designed ore cart as part of the Copper Corridor Economic Development’s Ore Cart Trail.

We are recruiting additional volunteers to staff the Caboose. The hours are weekdays from 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. We, especially, need a volunteer for Friday afternoons. If you are interested in volunteering, please call the Chamber Office at 520-689-0200. We look forward to hearing from people who are committed to serving the Superior community.

  Thank you,
