Tiffany Rowell of Golden Rule Care

Tiffany Rowell has devoted her life to the service and caring of others.  Since she was a young woman she has been providing home health care for her family. She eventually went to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.  When she started her professional career working in assisted living homes and nursing homes, her philosophy didn’t always match the policy of most corporate homes.

Seven years ago, she opened Golden Rule Care in Superior in an effort to help families have options when it comes to their home health care needs.  She and her staff can customize the needs for their family.  Golden Rule Care can also assist with basic errand running, grocery shopping, pet care.  They do accept insurance or, if these services are not covered under your insurance, they have affordable rates.  They also provide respite care for families who need a break from caring for loved ones.

Rowell wants to let everyone know that home health care is not always unaffordable. Many times a person only needs an hour or two a day.  While they can provide 24-hour care, not every patient needs that.  She and her staff of four also strive to ensure that each patient can maintain their independence, helping them to strengthen muscles through basic mobility exercises  and assisting with home organization so that way a patient can remain mobile in their home for longer.

Her advice to her fellow entrepreneurs and caregivers: “It is important to understand risk and your insurance coverage in your business.”  She shared all the complexities of aiding in health services and protecting both her business, employees and clients.

Her long term goals for Golden Rule Care LLC is to open an assisted living home in Superior that will allow locals to keep their loved ones close, even if they are no longer able to stay in their home. The motto at Gold Rule Care LLC is truly the golden rule – “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”

They offer free consultations to help quote services.  You can contact Tiffany Rowell directly at 480-278-3049 or goldenrulecare@yahoo.com
