The Triangle L Ranchland was the scene of a marvelous innovative art installation by Karen Medley. The show “Icons & Nikons: A Photographic Journey Towards a Golden Celestial Overload” was well attended and received. The show also featured wine and food for the guests there to meet the artist and view the installation. The art installation hangs from the ceiling of the art barn and is made up of broken pieces of mirrors and photos of religious art icons that were photographed in Europe. Each person who views the installation will come away with their own interpretation of the art which changes with the angles and lighting. You may even see your own reflection and become part of the journey. The installation will be on display through Dec. 21.
