Marsha Alice South, 63, of Oracle, passed away in her sleep on May 6, 2015.
Born Marsha Poss in Quinn, SD on July 3, 1951, she moved with her family to Arizona in 1957. In 1970, she married Dale South in Oracle where they lived and raised their family. Together, they were active members at Living Word Chapel.
She enjoyed sewing, crafting, and reading. She studied American Sign Language at Pima Community College, and enjoyed working with and interpreting for the deaf community at the Arizona Relay Service.
Marsha was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy South; her brother, Claude Poss; her beloved husband, Dale South; and her father, Robert Poss. Marsha is survived by her mother, Alice Poss; her daughters, Kristina (Tom) Myers and Stacy (Kevin) Goldstein; four grandsons, Jeffery Myers, Michael Myers, Riley Goldstein, and Ethan Goldstein; a granddaughter, Jourdan Myers; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be a small graveside service for close family members. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
