  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 12

  Theft was reported in the 1000 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

  Theft was reported in the area of E. Main St., San Manuel.

Dec. 13

  Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Diamond Bay Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  A narcotics (marijuana) offense was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Dec. 14

  Dakota Joe Mendoza, 19, Tucson, was arrested in the 1400 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle, and was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, burglary and criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of N. Queen Valley Rd., Queen Valley.

  Burglary was reported in the 900 block of W. Fourth Ave., San Manuel.

Dec. 15

  A narcotics violation was reported in the 39000 block of S. Lago del Oro Pkwy., SaddleBrooke.

  Criminal damage/vandalism was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel.

Dec. 16

  Theft was reported in the 38000 block of S. Silverwood Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the 600 block of W. Third Ave., San Manuel.

Dec. 17

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of W. Hwy. 77 and W. American Ave., Oracle.

  Burglary was reported in the 37000 block of S. Mountain Site Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of S. Avenue A and W. Willeford Ave., San Manuel.

Dec. 18

  An accident without injuries was reported on Hwy. 177, Kearny.

  Criminal damage was reported in the 63000 block of E. Mountain Crest Dr., SaddleBrooke.
