The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 28

Criminal damage was reported in the 700 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of S. McNab Pkwy. and E. Avenue J, San Manuel.

Sept. 29

Jay Jameson Reborn, 27, Tucson, was arrested in the Oracle area and charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Burglary was reported in the 900 block of E. Mt. Lemmon Hwy., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the area of W. Linda Vista Rd. and N. Robles Rd., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 60000 block of E. Flank Strap Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Sept. 30

Criminal damage was reported in the 700 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 38000 block of S. MountainView Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Criminal damage was reported in the 100 block of W. Eighth Ave., San Manuel.

Oct. 1

Frank Holguin Solid IV, 41, Oracle, was arrested in the 1000 block of N. Jefferson Dr., Oracle, and was charged with aggravated assault and possession of dangerous drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Maria Elana Aguirre, 36, Oracle, was arrested in the 2000 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Fire was reported in the area of W. Robles St. and W. La Osa St., Oracle.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 37000 block of S. Niblick Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Oct. 2

Fire was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77 and E. Aravaipa Rd., Aravaipa.

An accident without injuries was reported in the 100 block of Avenue J, San Manuel.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77 and S. Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel.

Oct. 3

Theft was reported in the 100 block of W. Sixth Ave., San Manuel.

A hit and run accident was reported in the 100 block of W. Sixth Ave., San Manuel.
