Waldo’s Gym now includes Rated X Training

Waldo’s Gym has expanded and has been offering boxing and martial arts training equipment including heavy bags, speed bags and a boxing ring. There is safety equipment for sparring. Now with the addition of Javier’s Rated X Training there will be access to additional services.

Javier Sanchez, Waldo’s son manages the Rated X Training. He is an experienced award winning body builder and does personal training. Javier can set up an individual work out program and along with diet and nutrition can help you meet your personal goals.

Besides personal training, Javier’s Rated X Training room offers a video workout program. There are many video workout programs to choose from including yoga. Everything from beginners to advanced training is offered. The video workouts include: Zumba Exhilarate, Insanity 1, 2 & 3, Kenpo X, Plyometrics, X – Factor – ST, T 25 Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Jillian Michael’s Kickbox – Fast Fix. The video exercise room includes toning equipment for warm ups. Individuals or groups can arrange for personal time slots to use the room.

There is a Sauna/Tanning bed room where time slots can be booked to use the sauna and/or tanning bed. Spray tan is also available. Use of a Sauna is known to provide health benefits such as stress relief, weight loss, relaxation and detoxification. The workout room also has a floor wrestling/boxing ring which is available for personal use or classes for instruction in wrestling, boxing and self defense.
