Roger James Jacobson Jr.

  Roger James Jacobson Jr., age 56, passed away March 2, 2019 in Kearny, Arizona.

  Roger was employed by Asarco Mining Company where he worked in Material Control Supply in Hayden, AZ.

  Roger was known as an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He went on numerous elk and deer hunting trips with his friends, family and coworkers. One of his most memorable trips was gold panning and fishing in Alaska with his dad Jake.

  The eldest of seven children, Roger was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Mae, and his brother, Kirk Eldon. He is survived by his father, Roger Sr.; brothers, Toby (Jenifer) and Patrick (Charleen); sisters, Leah (Scott), Jennifer and Amanda, as well as two nieces, eight nephews and two great-nieces.

  The Jacobson Family invites you to attend a Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Tempe History Museum located at 809 E. Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85282. Immediately afterwards, please join them to raise a glass in Roger’s honor at Casey Moore’s Oyster House, 850 S. Ash Ave. Tempe, AZ. 85282.
