Vancouver, British Columbia- Redhawk Resources, Inc. (“Redhawk” or the “Company”) (TSX:RDK)(FRANKFURT:QF7) is pleased to provide an update with respect to a joint venture on Redhawk’s Copper Creek project in San Manuel, Arizona. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Anglo American plc (“Anglo American”) has concluded its due diligence of the Copper Creek project and all the property transfers to the newly-formed joint venture company named “Copper Creek Project LLC” have now been completed. Accordingly, the definitive joint venture agreement has been executed and delivered by both parties.
