  The Pinal County Sheriffs Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 12

  Juan Antonio Laprada, 23, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Hwy. 77 and Linda Vista Rd., Oracle, and was charged with non-compliance. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

  Theft was reported in the 1600 block of W. Camino Seco, Oracle.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the area of San Manuel.

May 13

  An accident without injuries occurred in the 800 block of E. American Ave., Oracle.

May 14

  Fire was reported in the 5900 block of N. Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville.

  A fatal accident occurred at the intersection of E. Hwy. 77 and S. SaddleBrooke Ranch West, Oracle. Arizona Department of Public Safety investigated a fatal accident after a minivan struck the concrete entrance to SaddleBrooke Ranch. One person succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene. The roadway was not blocked.

May 15

  Jose Rafael Ruiz, 55, Oracle, was arrested in the area of E. American Ave., Oracle, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Davis Donald Ewing, 44, San Manuel, was arrested in the 900 block of W. Fourth Ave., San Manuel, and was charged with reckless burning, resisting arrest and non-compliance. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Fire was reported in the 82000 block of E. Cuesta St., Dudleyville.

  Assault was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 2400 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the 62000 block of E. San Crest Dr., SaddleBrooke.

  Theft was reported in the 900 block of W. Webb Dr., San Manuel.

  Violation of a court order was reported in the 600 block of W. Fourth Ave., San Manuel.

  Fire was reported in the 900 block of W. Fourth Ave., San Manuel.

May 16

  Katherine Nicole Vega, 25, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Mt. Lemmon Hwy. and E. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also arrested on warrants for probation violation (2). She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Theft was reported in the 5700 block of N. Valentine Rd., Dudleyville.

  An accident with injuries was reported in the 1800 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

  Fire was reported in the 100 block of E. American Ave., Oracle.

  Theft was reported in the area of E. U.S. Hwy. 60, Top of the World.
